Party window - Guild Wars Forums

My party window is blocking the compass. I can move it, but it resets to the offending position each time a new map loads. Annoying to have to move it everytime.

Anyone know how to fix this?

It's a bug. ArenaNet should be fixing it soon.

Glad to know I'm not the only one being irritated by this.... hopefully ArenaNet will change the default starting position, or else have the position of the party menu customizeable like the rest of the interface.

The party window isn't part of the iterface, it's a seperate window, so it runs on seperate rules. Same rules as all the other windows, such as Friends, Hero, Inventory etc.

For some unknown reason ArenaNet has decided to make the compass show in the top-right corner of the screen instead of the lower right. This is the reason why the party window is shown on top of it.

From the menu go to the top to customize interface and move the compass and other windows to suit your needs.
My compass is on the left now so even with this funny issue happening I can still see the compass now.

Glad they are going to fix that because its incredibly annoying. I moved my compas and everything else back to the way it was in beta but then I was constantly having to move that darn player window off the compas all night. Super obnoxious
